What is account attribute?

Account attribute is three default attributes while adding accounts in the system. 

1. Control account: Important item of every account
2. Trading account: The account you usually use for adding vouchers, which is divided into deferred account and offset account.

＊Deferred account: Used for simple tracking and recording account recieables and account payables.
＊Offset account: Belong to prepaid expense, and it can help you defer the expense. Ex: Pepaid insurance; if you prepaid 12,000 in the early year, in the end of every month, it would have Insurance for 1,000 (Divided into 12 months)
 
3. Memo account: Be able to record the amount while adding vouchers, but it won't post to related reports just for recording.
