How do I send mass commercial emails to customers but exclude those customers with certain tags?

1. In [Customer] tab, click [more criteria > Tags Excluded > Add > choose excluded tags > Apply > Search]



2. Click [Actions for Customer(s)] and click on [Send Marketing Email] from the drop-down menu.



3. Choose the template you want, finish the email content and click [Send]
