How can I import Company?

Before using this function, please confirm whether you have the authority to import data, if not, you can notify your system administrator.

1. In the Company tab, click [Import function] on the upper right and select [Company Import]


*If you are a system administrator, you can also enter the function through [Management > Import/Export > Company Import]


2. Click [Obtain empty template file], and input data according to fields. Note that the fields cannot be deleted. After completing the excel file, you need to set [Customize Field Mapping] before uploading the files. Remember to also specify the correct import rules ("company name", "company number" or "unified number"). When importing, the system will automatically check for duplicate data. For existing companies, it will not create a new record will merge the existing data with the imported data, so the import rules are an important basis for comparing data. After everything is set, you can import the data.


Note: When executing the function of importing customers in Excel, you can also import company information at the same time, and the system will compare in the order of "company number" → "company name". It is recommended that when using the import function in the future, import the company information first, and then import the customer information, and bind the company through the company name/number in the customer information to better maintain the consistency and integrity of the data. This method helps avoid duplication of company information.
