Can additional users be notified when a task is overdue or completed besides the assignee?

The "Overdue Additional Notification" and "Completion Additional Notification" features allow users to select which accounts they want to notify in addition to the assignee or responsible person when creating a task. After a task is overdue or completed, the system will automatically send notification emails to the selected accounts' inboxes, allowing supervisors and relevant personnel to understand the task's progress status.

Note: Before setting additional notifications, don't forget to set up task reminders! (How to set types of task reminders?)
 

1. Computer Web Version
In the task assignment window, you can check "Overdue Additional Notification"/"Completion Additional Notification," select the account (or group), and set it up. When your task is overdue or completed, the system will notify the accounts (or group) that you have set up.

 

2. Mobile App Version
Similar to the web version, checking the additional notification will automatically bring up the commonly used contact accounts that have been set up. Users can also maintain a list of commonly used contact names in the app's settings screen.
