System Pathway：【Quantification and Reporting of GHG Emissions (ISO 14064-1)】＞【GHG Inventory Tasks Management】＞【GHG Emissions/Activity Data】．
 

Click "GHG Inventory Task" and choose the report you want to edit. Select the emission source for which you want to upload supporting documents and click【Evidence information】in the upper-right corner. Choose the supporting document file to upload and click【Save】in the lower-right corner to complete the upload.
