What does the approval status of each document mean?

There are four statuses of the approval form/document, which will be further explained below:
In the "On Hand" section,

  • "Unsigned" means that the document is currently reviewed for myself.

 
  • "Rejected" means that the document is currently displayed as rejected.

 
  • "Signed" section is where the review results are either approved or disapproved.

 
  • "My Work" is the section with all documents reviewed by you.
