During fiscal year, annual closing has been canceled; why can't vouchers be added?

If annual closing has been canceled, the system would only cancel the accounting of the last month in this fiscal year, and others would still be fixed do that you are not able to input vouchers of other months.

For example:
Fiscal year is 1/1~12/31;  if 106 annual closing has been cancelled, it only cancels 106/12's accounting. If you would like to adjust others' vouchers, please cancel closin g of every month.
