Profit and loss accounts are able to limit the department which can be input. Please click [Maintenance>Account information>Account] and set up department setting to specify a single department. 





Add departments first do that you are able to specify a single department.
1. First, click [Maintenance> Basic information>Department]
2. Add department information here.
