Difference between authorized manager and accountant/agent

Vital GL system provides different user roles to establish operation authority rules for each user role within the system. The following explains the differences between “authorized manager” and “accountant/agent.”

If there are two user roles that respectively have the role of “authorized manager” and “accountant/agent” within the system, both of the roles can add vouchers. However, the “accountant/agent” must gain approval from the “authorized manager” for the account to be established; that is, the account will also be calculated when running the reports. Similarly, if the “accountant/agent” needs to modify a voucher, it can only be done so after the “authorized manager” returns it.

  • Authorized manager: add/delete/modify/approve vouchers
