Only the information after the latest posting date can be posted. Any information added before the posting date cannot be posted to GL; therefore it is not recommended on the posting date.

For example:
The system's latest posting date is 1/10. The information added later on are respectively labeled as: 1/8, 1/11, 1/20.
If the user decides to run the posting process on 1/18, the range that will be posted is from 1/11~1/18.
The information added on 1/8 cannot be posted since it is prior to the posted date.
The information added on 1/20 is not in the posting range, so it can be posted the next time.
