Exported / imported customer data is not responding and the system blocks pop-ups. (MAC/Safari)
After logging in to Vital CRM using Mac-Safari, when exporting or importing data, a pop-up message will appear. If the export or import action is suspended, it cannot be continued.
Safari could automatically block the pop-up windows of Vital CRM. You can continue to use the export or import client feature by allowing the browser to accept pop-ups.
[Security > block pop-up window > cancel blocking the pop-up]
After finishing, refresh page, and you can continue to use the export or import function, but if there is no response, please close the browser, re-open, and log in.
