How do I transfer customer access permission after the responsible person is not working with company anymore?
※Reminder: For changing account permissions please login with a system manager account.
1. Go to [Customer > More Criteria > More Search Criteria > can be viewed by account user (system administrator only)], choose the representative you want to give the access to, then click on search.
2. After the system lists the customer, you can transfer the permissions by clicking button on [Actions for Customer(s) > Set Permissions].
