When exporting information using the Chrome browser, a "Window is blocked" message may appear. How can this be resolved?
If the "window is blocked" message pops up when using Chrome, and you've missed pressing allow on the dialog box. To allow the pop-ups, you can adjust your web browser settings by following these steps:
1. Click [Settings] from the [Customize and control Google Chrome] three-dotted button on the top-right side of the browser.
2. Click [Advanced] at the bottom, find the "Privacy and security" field, and press [Content Settings].
3. Then, next to allow, click [Add]
4. After entering your system URL, please click [Add] to complete the addition. When you export data, the browser will no longer block your pop-up.
