How do I add an important date to customers?
Customer information can record a variety of "important dates", including birthdays, wedding anniversaries, contract expiration dates, product expiration dates, etc. Based on important dates, the system can schedule automated tasks like sending Emails.
Here's how to add an important date.
1. Go to the customer's information page, find the "Important Date" field on the right, and click [Edit].
2. You can choose the category of the important date, set the date, or create a job and assign to someone. Click [Add] once you're done.
