Why can't customer information be imported and modified in batches?

When you use the [Import / Export] function to export the wrong customer data, the field data in the red box will not automatically overwrite the previous data that it is in conflict with. It will be presented as a new piece of information. So when you're importing edited changes in batches, the original data will show which must be adjusted or deleted.
