Have you started using Vital CRM? Customer information is the most important part of customer relationship management (CRM). Have you imported customer information for your Vital CRM?

Below, we will guide you through a quick set-up of your customer information.

There are three ways to add new customers:

1. Adding single data
2. Batch import: Excel file, Google form import, Gmail contacts import
3. Importing from mobile phone contacts using the Vital CRM APP

I. Adding single data

1. At the left corner, click [+Add] and choose [Customer] in the drop-down list


2. Profile picture will be available to add once the customer entry has been created. Once you're done entering a customer's information, you can click [Save] or [Save and Add Another] to add another entry.



II.Batch import: Excel file, Google form import, Gmail contacts import
There are three kinds of import methods; Excel file import, Google form import and Gmail contacts import. Go to [Customer> Customer Import] and select your method of choice.



The following will describe the Excel file import, Google form import, Gmail contacts import workflow

1. Excel file import: Please use Excel to organize your customer files before uploading to import from Excel.


2. Google Forms Import (You need to log in to Google to import)
Paste the Google form URL, then set the import rules, and click [Import] to start importing your customer data.


3. Gmail contacts import
Set the import rules, choose the contact list to import, then click the [Import Gmail Contacts] button to begin importing your customer information.


III. Importing from mobile phone contacts using the Vital CRM APP

※ Reminder: This feature requires the Vital CRM mobile App. Please download Vital CRM APP from Google Play Store on Android or the App Store on iOS.

1. Go to [Customer > Customer Import]




2. Enter the import page and select the import method upon which the APP will show your phone contacts. Once you've selected the customers you wish to import, you can start importing.
