I deleted an order record after I reviewed the customer’s purchasing record. Why is the customer’s order information completely deleted?

The consumer order records in the customer's information are for review only and cannot be modified and deleted. In particular, when viewing orders from a customer's information page, the delete button applies to all the customer's orders and not just the single order you're viewing. Thus, when deleting from here, all the customer's order information gets deleted as well.

The following are the descriptions:

1. To edit order information, please select the order from [Order] and edit the entry there.




2 When you click the zoom in icon for detailed inspection, the edit button on the top right of this page is the edit button of "Customer Information". If you select [Delete], the deleted data is customer data, not consumption data. (See the zoom in page to view the status)
