How do I give customer tags?
Different customers have different traits. With limited resources, classifying customers becomes ever more important to ensure maximum efficiency in resources delved to customers to ensure customers' satisfaction with the enterprise.
How do you want to classify your customers? In order of importance (high, medium and low), regional (Philippines, Thailand, Japan, etc.), products, the number of products that can be used for your customer, suppliers (distributors, upstream manufacturers, outsourcers), source (exhibition, customer introduction) or other categories? Below, we will show you how to quickly tag your customers.

After setting up labels, you can use the label to sort customers, in the following three ways:
1. Labeling a single customer
2. Label a number of specific customers
3. All customers in the list are labeled with the same attribute
The following describes the operation of these three methods:
I. Labeling a single customer
On the customer's information page, click [Tagging]
Or directly drag the label of choice from the quick menu on the left the customer's list of labels to complete the label action.
You can remove the label that you don't want by pressing the [x] button next to the tag.
II. Label a number of specific customers
In the list of customers, after selecting the customers you wish to label, choose from two methods to label as follows:
1. Go to [Actions for Customer(s) > Add Tag(s)]
2. Click the [Tagging] button that sits on top of the customer list.
III. All customers in the list are labeled with the same attribute
Use the customer data search to narrow down customers by criteria. To tag the resulting list of customers, please check [✔] the list. Then select [Actions] →[ Add Tags].
If you need to label all the customers with a tag, do not check any customer. Instead directly click [Actions > Add Tags], confirm the total number and the system will automatically apply the tag to all the customers.
