How to classify multiple tags in customer data file when importing it?

There are two methods to classify multiple tags in customer data file when importing it.

Method 1
In the tag cells, multiple tags should be separated by a semi colon ';' and no extra spaces between the tags.

*Please note that hierarchical tags are created by putting a half width slash ‘/‘ in the tag name.




Method 2
1. You can classify the tags with a few hierarchies by inputting each hierarchy in different cell separately.

For example, to categorize {BBB/b1}, you need to input the first hierarchy of the tag (BBB) in the column, and the other hierarchies of the tag (b1) should be input in the cell.
If there is a tag with only one hierarchy just as {AAA} in the picture below, then input 'AAA' in all the fields.

*Please keep the cell blank if the customer does not have the tag.



2.    When importing the file, you will be asked to choose the mapped system column for your customize column, please select [Tag] from [To (System) Column] for all of the customize columns.
