Add columns so that the data can be input separately. Then select the mapped columns for the added columns when importing the file into Vital CRM.

※There is a customer with two phone numbers, one is 'phone number' and the other is 'landline number'. To classify the data, add a column title for 'landline number' in the file, and input the customer's landline number in the field.

※There is a customer with two email addresses, one is 'company email address' and the other is 'private email address'. To classify the data, add a column title for 'Company email address' in the file, and input the customer's private email address in the field.

These methods can be used also for other fields under some circumstances, for instance, a customer with two titles.
