How can I send Email to both primary email address and secondary email address od customers?

There are 2 methods to set up the function.

Method 1
When sending emails directly from the customer information page, please tick  "Edit Customer secondary email address" beside "TO" or "BCC" field.


Method 2
To send email by using templates, tick "Send to customer's secondary email address in batch".
