How can I export customer data in which the marketing email is unsuccessfully sent?

1. Click on [sent unsuccessfully], and create a new tag for failed to send email addresses.



2. In [Customer] tab, go to [More Criteria > Tags > Multiple Tags > Add], choose the tag you just created, and click on [Search].




3. Go to [Actions for Customer(s)] and choose [Export Excel File] from drop down menu.
