Why is Outlook not able to display pictures and download attachments from my marketing emails?

1. Check Outlook's security settings to make sure it's configured to display pictures and allow downloads of attachments.

In order to protect your personal information and uphold security measures, all email services such as Gmail and Yahoo! Mail come with their own security settings.

2. Make sure your image is not bigger than or equal to 2000px since subsequent versions of Outlook 2007 cannot show images bigger than or equal to 2000px. Only the PC version of Outlook have this limitation.

If you want to show the image to load in Outlook, make sure the image size is smaller than 2000px before uploading to your CRM picture server for attachment usage.
