How do I create personalized newsletters or emails?
Personal marketing SMS or emails will let your customers feel appreciated and helps keep your product and/or services at the forefront of customers' minds.
When you write marketing messages and emails in Vital CRM, you can insert customer, company and other information fields, and the system will change the title and name of the customer in the letter according to your recipient's name. The details are as follows:
1. Marketing email
As shown in the picture, [Subject] and [Content] can be inserted into information fields such as customer and company. When your letter is sent, these fields will be converted into the name of the customer, so that the customer can feel more personalized when reading the letter.
2. Marketing SMS
Marketing SMS also can input information in the content. In the drop-down menu, you can select customer, company and other information fields to create personalized SMS. Note, because SMS has a character limits, so you must pay attention to the total number of words after adding the information when entering the contents.
