How do I add a customer note by phone APP?
In Vital CRM system, the record of customer contact is called [Note], and the complete note will enable you to quickly have access to customer status.
1. Click on customer; choose the note in the list below
2. Click on [+] and you can start adding notes
3. After entering the page, you can edit the note. You can also choose [Date], [Current Location], [Note Access Right], [Note Type], [Is Publish] and [Attachment] in the menu bar, so that your note is more complete.
4. Different from the APP version, the computer version cannot detect Current Location, instant camera, and recording.
In the mobile APP version, notes are not limited to text. Description are as follows:
(1) Location pin: With mobile phone, it is able to identify your location information. Notes will have access to your address information.
(2) Instantly take pictures and recording: Click on [Attachment], you can choose from the album to select photos or instant camera, recording and other functions
※ Intimate tips: Album, Camera and Recording functions can also be used in the message (see below). In the note below the message input box click [+], you can upload your photos or recording in time.
