Can I see if someone left a message in a note?

The Note creator will be notified when the new message is coming.

The New Note message will be moved to the top. It won't be overwritten by other new Note messages. If there is an important message, the creator can help transfer the work and assign to the relevant person in charge. The responsible person will receive notice.
