How do I add a customer note?
In Vital CRM system, the record of customer contact is called [Note], and the complete note will enable you to quickly have access to customer status.
1. On the homepage, you will be able to add a note here by clicking on [Customer Note] and choose the customer.
2. You can also add notes from the customer profile page.
Note: Note also provides a variety of functions, such as formatting the content, date of occurrence, location pin, make public, attachment, notes and permissions, to have a more complete note. Details are as below:
(1) Text Formatting: You can use the top of the text box to edit text format
(2) Date of occurrence: Set the time of note making to have an accurate record
(3) Location pin: The main business visit customers, the location of the function, the note will be more than an address information, the supervisor will be able to clearly know that the business has indeed visited the customer. Please note that you need to make sure your device have access your location before you can use this feature.
(4) Make Public: You can choose whether this note is open to customers and visitors
(5) Attachment: You can select a file related to a note from your computer (or Notebook)
(6) Note Permission: You can set who can access or edit this note information permissions
