How can I add participants to a case/event?
On the case/event details page, go to the [Participants] tab to see the list of participants.
Participants can be added by single or import.
Add a Single Participant
Click [Add Participant] to add the customer/company to the event in a single transaction, and you can enter the participant number, participant role, registration status and date.
*The customer/company search function of "Add Participants" will exclude customers/companies that have already participated in this activity
Import Participants in Batch
Click [Import Participants]. After downloading the blank template file, select the organized list of participants file and click [import]. Match the customer number or customer name & (phone/email).
At the top of the list, you can view the total number of participating customers/companies and the number of people who have checked-in. On the right, you can use keywords to filter the names of participating customers/companies.
Point the mouse to "..." on the right side of any participant to modify, delete or check in manually.
* Check in manually means setting the participants as already checked-in, and specifying the registration date as the current time.
