What is a marketing script?
Marketing script is a kind of an automated email scheduling. For example, you can set to automatically send purchase notification on the first day of customer purchase, send story marketing on the 21st day, and send maintenance reminder on the 180th day.
And when a new customer joins, you can also apply a marketing script, so the system can automatically send an email within the number of days you set, allowing you to easily carry out personalized after-sales care for customers.
What does the marketing script do?
"Marketing script" is a very flexible function in the system to help maintain customer relationships.
What are the features of the contact script?
- Different methods can be used to contact customers, such as: email, SMS, LINE@message (need to purchase social media module)
- Schedule time to contact the customer
- Assign tasks to the person involved/responsible
- Specify when to "stick/remove" tags on customers
- Manually apply to customers in batches or in a single transaction
- Can be combined with other functions, such as: New Customer Form, Current Customer Form (need to purchase social media module)
How to include different merketing methods inside a marketing script?
Beside [contact Items], you can add Email, SMS, LINE@Messaging, or tasks (there is no limit to the number of contact items, for example, you can set to send letters at different times).
Operation tips:
- Add emails and SMS: You can directly edit the content, or apply the templates of "marketing emails" and "marketing SMS" that have been created.
- Add mail: You can decide whether the letter should be sent to the customer or to the internal member. If you want to send it to an internal member, you can directly enter the email in the "custom recipient" on the edit page, then the letter will not be sent to the customer. Some users like to use this function to send a letter to the responsible colleagues.
- Add tasks: usually used to assign tasks to internal colleagues (existing user accounts in the system).
- Add LINE@message: You can apply graphic or text templates. Many users like to send event messages to customers in this way when holding events.

Under contact items, you can customize to add or remove tags at a specified time.
Operation tips:
- Benefits of tags: Tags are used to classify customers, and most functions in the system can use tags to search for customer information.

How to apply the template of the contact script to the customer?
1. Manual: Batch apply, single apply
- Batch application: Go to [Customer] tab, click on [Actons] and choose [Run Marketing script] in the drop-down menu.
- Single application: In the list on the right side of the customer profile page, find [Active Marketing Script] and click [Edit] to apply the marketing script.
Operation tips:
- New Customer Form: Many users like to embed the form created by this function on the official website, or as an event registration form, and link the contact script. When the customer fills out the form, the system will automatically apply the marketing script. Send the contact content such as "Your registration information has been received", "We will arrange someone to contact you", "Notification of event itinerary" and so on at the time; you can also directly assign a task to the person in charge.
- Current Customer Form: It is similar to the usage of the New Customer Form, but the source of the customer is different. Since the Current Customer Form will be automatically triggered after the customer joins LINE@friends, when the customer fills out the "Current Customer Form" to bind the information, the system will also link the marketing script at the same time to send emails and text messages at the specified time, LINE@ message or assign a responsible person.
