What can I do if the customer no longer wants to receive marketing emails?

You can add the customer to the invalid addresses, so that the customer will no longer receive any emails sent through the system.

1. Go to [Settings>Data>Invalid Address]

 

2. Click [Add to the customer's denied party list] 

3. Enter the email address and the reason, then save it.

[Settings>Data>Invalid Address > Add to the customer's denied party list > Enter email address > Save]
