How can I use CC and BCC when sending emails?
CC refers to carbon copy, allowing you to copy letters as you were writing them. BCC, or blind carbon copy, allows you to copy recipients to the email without disclosing their email addresses.
In the system, you can only send CC and BCC through the customer information page.
Go to the customer information page you want to send the email to, then click "Send Email" on the right side corner, and the system will pop up the email editing window, where you can see the fields of "cc" and "Bcc".
How do I select the recipients?
You can click the blue words "Cc" and "Bcc" on the left side of the column to select other relevant customers in the system, or directly enter recipients outside the system in the column. You can also tick "cc me" and "bcc me" to add yourself as the cc or bcc recipient.
After confirming the email content, send time, email addresses, and recipients, the email can be sent.
