How to merge customer data?

When customer information is duplicated, you can combine customer information in the following three ways:
*After the customer information is merged, you cannot undo this action. Please confirm before merging!

1. On the customer profile page, if there is another customer having similar information to this customer, there will be a blue icon next to the name. After clicking, the system will list all similar customers, and the user can tick here to merge the customer data confirmed as the same person.


2. On the customer tab, enter the search criteria (name, company, contact information, etc.) to search for all qualified similar customers. You can check the customer information confirmed as the same person in the list, and click "Merge" at the top of the list button.


3. If you are a system administrator, you can go to [Settings > Data > Merge Duplicate Customers], use name, phone number or email as the comparison criteria to search for customers with the same information in the system. You can find suspicious duplicates here and merge them.
