How to send a marketing email to only a single customer?
Marketing email can be sent to a single customer by 2 methods:
1. Email > Additional Customers
2. Customer Information Profile > Send email
Email > Additional Customers
When making marketing emails, you can use the function of [additional customers] in addition to sending them according to tags, my conditions or all customers. As shown in the picture below, after clicking [Add Customer], you can use tags, filters, customer name, company name, and recent browsing records to search. The system will then list relevant customers (name, mobile phone) according to your search criterias.
Customer Information > Send Email
You can also send it directly from the profile of the customer you want to send the email to.
Note: There must be a customer email address in the customer information for the [Send email] button to appear.
