How can I assign someone responsible (assignee) for a batch of data?
＊Note: This function can only be operated by system administrator.
When the system administrator modifies data permissions in batches in the customer, company, and \opportunity data lists, he can set the "assignee" of the data.
Example from Customer Information
1. Search for the data that you want to assign to, and then click [Actions > Set Permissions] at the top right of the list.
2. Select a responsible person in [Set Assignee], then click save.
＊The system defaults to tick both "Set Assignee" and "Set Access Permission". If you only want to modify "Assignee", please untick "Set Access Permission", otherwise, when you archive, the data permissions will be modified together.
＊If you have not ticked any items, you will not be able to save.
