Why can't I add personnels to be notified of task status?

*For the settings of "task overdue notification" and "completed task notification" in the calendar function, you can refer to the following FAQ: Can additional users be notified when a task is overdue or completed besides the assignee?

If you cannot set additional notifications, it is because there is only one user account in the system, and there is no need for additional notifications, so the system will hide this function.

However, if there are multiple accounts in the system, but there is still no option for additional notification, you can contact the system administrator to set the type of work reminder. You can refer to the following FAQ: How to set types of task reminders?
