Does the email sent by CRM automatically resize with the screen size?

CRM does have RWD (Responsive Web Design), but for this to work, you need to use the [Online Template] provided by the system to be able to resize together with the screen size of mobile devices. If your email is written manually, it can only be viewed on a computer to comply with the size.

You can enter [Email] tab and click on [Online Template] on the upper right to use the online template.
