Why has the number of new customers not increased after importing customers?

1. You can first go to the import screen to check whether your import has succeeded or failed.
2. If your import is successful, the customers you import may be the old customers, and the number of customers will not increase.
3. If your import fails, you can download the failed file at the bottom of the import screen, and the reason for the failure will be explained in the last column of the file.

How do I check the list of failed import Customers?
