How to use "Effective Date"?
The "Effective Date" column in the basic information of customers and companies is used to record the establishment date of the customer/company.
※ This field can be used for the Insight report module to get the best results. When calculating the customer profile, the effective time will take priority in this field. If the data in the CRM is imported from other systems (such as: ERP), it is recommended to set the actual time of joining the system in this column.
※This field is not required, and if it is not filled, it will not affect the use of the system. If there is no requirements for Insights, it can be ignored.
When users edit customer information, they can also specify the effective date
If the customer has a specified effective date, it will be displayed on the detail page
You can also see the effective date by using the "View Individual Profile" function
You can also display "effective date" on the customer list page.
The import/export function can also specify the effective date field.
