How to attach/remove data permissions for a batch of data?
The "Set Permissions" feature in the customer, company, and opportunity list views allows you to "set who can access the data" based on the query results. You can switch between "Attach Permissions" and "Remove Permissions" to add or remove certain accounts or groups based on the existing permissions of the data.
"Attach Permissions" and "Remove Permissions" only apply to data with the original permission set as "Custom," while other permission levels will not be affected. For the original bulk permission modification function, please use "Customize Permissions."

Click on "Set Permissions," and click the "Customize" function.

After switching to attach or remove permissions, you can select one or multiple groups or users to attach or remove permissions.
