You can view the change history of customer data through the following methods:

1. If you want to see the creator and modifier of customer tags, you can check them in the "Change History" section on the customer's page. For more detailed information, please refer to this FAQ.
2. In "Settings > System > Event Log," you can choose the event type you want to view, such as deleting customers, merging customers, or importing customers, to see who performed those operations.

• Note that changes to customer basic information are not recorded.
