What are possible reasons for the failure of sending marketing SMS messages?

The failure to send the marketing SMS may be because of the following reasons:

  1. The phone number does not conform to the format (for format issues, refer to: What is the format of the phone number for the marketing SMS?)
  2. The other party (customer) blocks SMS.
  3. The content contains some Account information (as stipulated by the Financial Supervisory Commission).

You can click on the text message and click "Number of Failures" to view the list of sending failures and its reasons.

The reason for failure to send the marketing SMS may vary. (Refer to FAQ)
