CRM Credit Description

CRM credits are deducted when using marketing emails and automation modules. You can refer to the following explanation for details on how credits are deducted.

* Marketing SMS messages are deducted separately and calculated based on SMS credits. Click here to view FAQ.

Rules:

  • Marketing Emails: Each email is counted as one credit. If there are failed email deliveries, the credits will be deducted initially. After all emails are sent, the system will refund the deducted credits for the failed deliveries (under the old pricing plan, where a fixed number of emails per month is provided, email sending is not counted in credits).
  • Automation Modules: When executed, the number of customers executed is calculated, and the corresponding credits are deducted for the "executed" number of customers. If the current CRM credits are insufficient for deduction, the trigger will be ineffective and no credits will be deducted. When applying contact script templates, the deduction of credits upon triggering is considered as one execution action. If the contact script contains marketing SMS or emails, the deduction will follow the normal sending rules.

Credit Calculation:

  • For each successful execution of an automation module: deduct 1 credit per customer.
  • When applying contact script templates, each email sent: deduct 1 credit.

Scenarios and Credit Explanation:

Assuming there are 100,000 customers in the system. After configuring the conditions in the automation module, it executes and finds 3,000 customers. At the same time, a contact script template is applied, which includes sending 1 marketing email.

Scenario 1: After executing for the 3,000 customers, all emails in the contact script are successfully sent. In total, 6,000 credits are deducted.
Scenario 2: After executing for the 3,000 customers, only 2,000 emails in the contact script are successfully sent (out of 3,000 emails sent, 2,000 are successful, and 1,000 fail). In total, 5,000 credits are deducted (the 1,000 credits for failed email deliveries are deducted initially and will be gradually refunded once confirmed as failed).
Scenario 3: If there are insufficient CRM credits to execute the automation module, no credits will be deducted.
