Why can't the CRM system sort customer name and ID by ascending or descending?
The reason why the CRM customer list cannot be sorted by customer ID or name anymore is due to performance considerations when the actual number of customers in the system exceeds 35,000. To ensure system efficiency, our CRM do not include sorting within the system. As a workaround, it is recommended to apply filters and perform a query to narrow down the data, and then export the results to a file for sorting.
