
How to create a company name when adding a new customer?
When adding a new customer, the company information is a required field. If you have already created the company information for that customer, you can click on the "magnifying glass" icon to search for the company. Alternatively, you can directly enter the company name in the input field. Based on the keywords you enter, the system will display existing company names in the system for your reference and selection.
If you have not yet created the company in the system, you can simply go to the edit page then enter the complete company name in the input field.
Once you save the customer data, the system will automatically create a record for that company.
Click on the company name to access the company data page, and then click on "Edit" in the top right corner.
You can enter the complete company information here, such as phone number, address, tax ID, and so on.
