How do I add communication records with customers?

The customer records in Vital CRM are called Customer Notes.

There are two ways to add customer notes. To add notes from the home page or add notes from customer's profile page, please refer to the following instructions:

I. Add notes through the home page

On the homepage, you will be able to add a note here by clicking on [Customer Note] and choose the customer. The note will now display on the home page as well as in the customer's information.



II. Add notes through customer's profile page

Select the customer from the customer list, and you can enter your note and save it afterwards.
