＊Please note that only the existed customers in Vital CRM can be added to another customer as his relatives or friends. If not, please add the relative or friend to Vital CRM as a new customer.

The following are the steps for adding relatives or friends:

1. Go to the particular customer's information, then click on [Add] from [Relatives and Friends] in lower right corner.




2. Choose the relationship and click on [Find Customer] to select his relative or friend, then click on [Save].
