How can I set up the permissions for people who can import order data?

You can customize access permissions while importing order data. Please choose [everyone], [only me] or [customize] before uploading the file. If you choose [customize], you can set up the access permissions in detail.

*Important note:

1. If you do not tick customize permissions, permissions of the order data will be similar to the permissions of the related customer data.

2. If permissions of order data and related customers contradict each other, permissions will be set up respectively.
For example:
Customer A's permission could only be seen by salesman B, but permission of order is available for everyone. In this situation, although everyone could see customer A's order record, customer A's personal information could not be viewed.

3. No matter how it is set up, the system administrator can still browse every data.

4. If you cannot import order data, please ask the system administrator for permission of importing data.
