Besides system administrators and customer administrators, can other users also manage the Current Customer Form?
The system administrator needs to go to [Settings > Account > Roles and Permission]. You can edit the permissions of different roles, including permissions to manage the Customer Form. Users can then manage the customer form in the [Social Media] function page.
*Note : The default role permissions cannot be modified. If you want to open the permissions, please customize a new role.
