1. Set the "Contract Expiration Date" as an Important Date and add it to the customer. Related operations are as follows:
(1) Customize the important date category
(2) Add important dates to customers

2. Add a new marketing email: [Marketing Email > Recurring Plan > Add (after confirming that the tab has displayed "Recurring Plan")]


(1) Set the sending time as "important date" to send, select "(Yearly) Expiration Date" and specify the sending time.
(2) According to your needs, you can select a specified tag, filters, or all customers as the sending object.
(3) After editing the content of the letter, please click "Send" directly, so that the system will automatically send the reminder letter before the expiration date of the customer contract.
