How can I set the success/failure reasons for opportunity closure?
*This operation is only for system administrators.
You can go to [Settings > Customize Category] and select "Reason of Opportunity closed Successfully" or "Reason of Opportunity failed"
Example: "Reason of Opportunity failed"
Multiple reasons for failure can be entered in the input box (separated by a semicolon;). If an error is added or the name needs to be modified, it can also be edited in this screen.
